Privacy

1. Who processes your data
The operator of Conscious Bond, operating as a digital service from Jordan, processes personal data as described below.

2. Information processed
Account and profile: email address, display name, preferred locale and edition.
Journey and partner data: your membership in a specific journey, invitation and pairing information.
Answers: your draft answers, submitted answers, explanations, importance, flexibility, and the immutable snapshot stored for the shared discussion.
Joint outcomes and shared report data: content you and your partner record together after both have submitted.
Private checklist: items you add to your personal checklist. These remain private to you and are never shared with your partner or included in the shared report.
Legal and purchase acceptance records: which document versions you have accepted, timestamps, and (for purchase acceptance) the associated journey and payment order.
Technical, security, audit, and minimal realtime-signal metadata: sign-in events, browser/device metadata, diagnostic logs, and lightweight presence signals required to operate and secure the service.
Payment metadata: payment order identifiers, capture identifiers, amount, currency, status, refund and reversal metadata.

3. Payments
PayPal processes your payment credentials. Conscious Bond does not store full card numbers, PayPal passwords, or other payment secrets. Webhook event identifiers and payload hashes may be stored for security and idempotency; raw webhook payloads are not stored.

4. Purposes of processing
Authentication and personalization; delivering the guided-conversation and reveal features; producing the shared report; managing paid access and refunds; preserving legal, security, and transactional evidence; detecting abuse and protecting the service.

5. Partner sharing and reveal
Before you submit an answer to a card, your partner sees only that you are still working on it — never any content. After both partners submit a card, each partner can view the other's submitted answer, importance, flexibility, and explanation, and any joint outcome you record together. Your linked partner never sees your personal checklist.

6. Administrators
Application administrators do not have a product feature or a database access rule that allows them to read the private content of your submitted answers. Administrators can see account-level metadata and audit records needed to operate the service.

7. Service providers
The service uses hosting and authentication infrastructure, PayPal for payment processing, and an email delivery provider for transactional email. These providers process data as necessary to deliver the service and may operate internationally.

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We do not claim absolute security. To minimize risk, avoid entering unnecessary third-party names, medical identifiers, or highly sensitive information you would not want your linked partner or an administrator's operational metadata view to reflect.

9. Retention
Account, journey, answer, and checklist data remain while your account is active. Payment, security, legal-acceptance, and audit records are retained for as long as required to meet security, transactional, dispute, and legal obligations, and may be preserved after account deletion for those purposes.

10. Your requests
Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to support@consciousbond.life. Deletion may not cover records that must be retained for security, transaction, dispute, or legal obligations.

11. Changes
When this Policy changes materially, the version number is increased and users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.

12. Jurisdiction and contact
The service is operated from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Mandatory user rights that apply to you are preserved. Contact: support@consciousbond.life.
