Terms

1. About Conscious Bond
Conscious Bond is a digital guided-conversation service operating from Jordan under the brand "Conscious Bond" (Arabic: "ارتباط واع"). It is provided as a digital service and is not, at this time, an incorporated company.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service.

3. What Conscious Bond is not
The service does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, marital, religious, or other professional counselling. It does not diagnose relationship compatibility and does not determine whether you should marry, remain together, or separate. Automated comparisons between your answers are discussion aids only.

4. Your decisions
You and your partner remain solely responsible for any decision you make, including seeking qualified professional help where appropriate.

5. Accounts, invitations, and journey membership
Each account belongs to one individual. Authentication, partner invitation, and journey membership are managed within the product. A single journey supports a maximum of two partners. Invitation links are private and must be shared only with the intended partner.

6. Answers and reveal
Your answers, explanations, importance and flexibility remain private until the product's defined reveal condition is met — namely, that both partners in the same journey have submitted an answer to the same question. Submitted answers may become immutable as part of preserving the integrity of the shared discussion.

7. One-time payment and couple-wide access
A one-time payment of USD 14.99 unlocks the full 100-card journey for both partners of a journey. Either partner may pay. The service is not a subscription and does not automatically renew or recur.

The current Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See /refund-policy.

9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass paid access; scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the questionnaire content or platform; probe or attack the service; impersonate anyone; misuse another user's invitation link; upload malicious content; or use the service to harass or coerce another person.

10. Intellectual property
Conscious Bond and its licensors own the questions, prompts, structural framing, comparison logic, design, and platform content. You retain your own answers, explanations, and checklist notes. By submitting an answer you grant the operator a limited right to store it, reveal it to your linked partner under the reveal rule above, and include it in your shared report.

11. Availability and maintenance
The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Technical interruptions, maintenance, and modification may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Conscious Bond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, endanger other users, or attempt to compromise the service.

14. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change materially, the version number is increased and users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
