1. What Conscious Bond is
Conscious Bond is a private, structured conversation tool for two adults considering a serious relationship or marriage. Its purpose is to help partners share their expectations, values, and boundaries in a controlled setting.

2. What Conscious Bond is not
Conscious Bond is not psychological therapy. It is not medical, legal, religious, marital, or financial advice. It does not decide whether users should marry, remain together, or separate. Automatic comparisons between your answers are discussion aids only; they are not diagnoses and are not compatibility guarantees. Open-text answers are not automatically psychologically analyzed.

3. Your decisions remain yours
You and your partner remain solely responsible for any decision you make on the basis of any conversation, comparison, or note produced through the platform.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Conscious Bond. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must not submit content you have no right to share.

5. Your account and your partner
Each account belongs to one individual. A journey may include at most two members. Invitation links are private and must be shared only with the intended partner. Do not share account credentials.

6. Answers, submission, and reveal
When you submit an answer it becomes immutable — you cannot edit or delete it. Your submitted answer remains private until both partners have submitted an answer to the same question. After both submit, each partner can view the other partner's submitted answer, and it may appear in your shared report. Private checklist items remain private to their owner.

7. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to bypass paid access; scrape, extract, or resell the questionnaire content; probe or attack the service; impersonate anyone; misuse another user's invitation link; upload malicious content; or use the service to threaten, harass, or coerce another person.

8. Content ownership
Conscious Bond and its licensors own the questionnaire content, editorial framing, comparison logic, layout, and code. You retain your own answers and notes. By submitting an answer you grant the operator of Conscious Bond the limited right to store it, reveal it to the linked partner under the reveal rules above, and include it in your shared report.

9. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may modify or suspend features to protect users or the service.

10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that misuses the service, that violates these terms, or that endangers another user.

11. Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Conscious Bond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decision about a relationship.

12. Paid access and refunds
Paid access, pricing, billing, and any refund terms will be described separately when payment is enabled. Until then, no refund policy is offered or implied.

13. Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, the version number is increased and users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.
