Refund Policy — Conscious Bond

1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs voluntary refund requests for the one-time USD 14.99 payment that unlocks the full journey for both partners.

2. Voluntary refund window
A voluntary refund may be requested within three (3) calendar days after the successful capture of your payment.

3. Usage limit
At the time of the request, the combined number of submitted paid-card answer records across both journey partners must not exceed five (5). A paid card that both partners have submitted counts as two submitted paid-answer records. Free introductory cards do not count. Draft (not yet submitted) answers do not count.

4. What a voluntary refund is
A voluntary refund under this Policy is a full refund of USD 14.99. Partial refunds are not offered under this Policy.

5. Effect of a full refund
A full refund removes payment-derived full access for both journey partners. It does not delete your answers, journey, checklist, account, or history. If an administrator has separately granted full access, that administrator-granted access is not removed by a payment refund.

6. Duplicate charges and technical failures
Duplicate charges and verified technical failures that prevented paid access after a successful charge are handled separately after investigation and are not subject to the three-day / usage-limit rule above.

7. Unauthorized transactions
Unauthorized transactions are also subject to PayPal's own procedures, in addition to any handling by Conscious Bond.

8. Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@consciousbond.life from the purchaser's account email, including your PayPal order or transaction identifier and a brief description of the request.

10. Processing time
Once approved, the refund is issued through PayPal. Settlement time depends on PayPal and your original payment method; we cannot promise an exact bank settlement time.
